During Ontario Garlic Week (Oct 29 to Nov 7) restaurants from across Ontario will create and sell a food or beverage item using Ontario grown garlic. There is no fee thanks to support from the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Live Green Toronto and Pfenning’s Organic Farms. Already, chefs, chocolatiers and even breweries (black garlic stout) are getting ready.
