Date and Time Issued: Friday, February 18, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is issuing the following combined Flood Warning/Flood Watch message. This message replaces GRCA Flood Message #2, previously in effect. The weather affecting much of the province over the past 48 hours has moved out of the Grand River watershed, and temperatures have returned below freezing. The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is issuing the following combined Flood Warning/Flood Watch message. This message replaces the Flood Watch previously in effect.
